Refund Ploicy

 

At Wau Technologies, we strive to deliver exceptional WordPress website development services to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Project Cancellation
    • If the client cancels the project before development work begins, a full refund will be issued.
    • If the client cancels the project after development has started, a partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed.
  2. Failure to Deliver
    • If Wau Technologies fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or project milestones within the specified timeline, the client may request a refund.
    • Refunds will be proportional to the incomplete portion of the project.
  3. Unsatisfactory Deliverables
    • If the client is dissatisfied with the deliverables, they must notify Wau Technologies in writing within 7 days of delivery.
    • Wau Technologies will make reasonable efforts to address the concerns. If the issues cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
  4. Technical Issues
    • If technical issues arise due to errors in our development process that cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued for the affected portion of the project.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the project has been initiated.
  • Delays caused by the client, such as failure to provide required information, content, or approvals on time.
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client, such as domain registration, hosting services, or premium plugins/themes.

Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written refund request to [email/contact email] with detailed reasons for the refund.
  2. Wau Technologies will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
